Delivery Instructions

Here is an outline of our delivery procedures:

• When you purchase a Handy Plan, you will be asked to specify your delivery preferences - morning, afternoon or early evening. You may also note any specific instructions, for example - leave items in cooler by side door, or leave items in garage freezer, door will be unlocked. We will try our best to accommodate your preferences and instructions.
• Deliveries are made on Thursdays. An email will be sent out on Wednesday with your scheduled time, a 30 minute window when we deliver your items.
• If you are not available at the pre-arranged delivery time you have some options:
  1. You may reschedule for a different delivery time that day via replying to our delivery schedule email.
  2. You may leave a cooler with ice outside your door to place the purchased items in. Items are delivered frozen and should not be kept in a cooler longer than 4 hours.
  3. You may purchase a thermal insulated bag from us, in which your food can be left at your door. Items are delivered frozen and should not be kept in a thermal bag longer than 4 hours. We will try to place as many items into the bag as will fit, but if you have multiple items, more than one bag may need to be purchased. The bags can be purchased HERE for $5.00 per bag.
  4. You may request to have the items delivered on another day. This would incur a $20.00 delivery fee, to be paid in advance. Please email us and we will verify your requested delivery day & time and send a link to pay the delivery fee.
