Pineapple Pork Skewers

Pineapple and pork marinated in a delicious Asian soy-ginger sauce. Really, there is no grill required! These do nicely in the broiler and are ready in about 15 minutes. These are a light, delicious and healthy family favorite. Who could ask for more than that?
