Tilapia Parmesan

Ingredients: 
Tilapia fillets, Parmesan cheese, butter, organic mayonnaise, lime juice, basil, black pepper, onion powder, celery salt, white booster.

Serving Instructions: 
Thaw fish. You may run it under cold water for a few minutes to quick thaw. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat 2-3 minutes. Flip fillets over and broil 2-3 more minutes. Remove fillets from the oven and place scoop of Parmesan mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
