Milk, cheddar cheese, quick-cook grits, egg,Parmesan cheese, Himalayan salt, pepper, Tobasco sauce.

Serving Instructions: 
Oven: Family Sized Pan - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until heated through completely.
Oven: Single Sized Pan - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until heated through completely.
Microwave: Family Sized Pan - From frozen: Remove lid and place in microwave. Heat on high for 3 1/2 minutes or until heated through completely.
Microwave: Single Sized Pan - From frozen: Remove lid and place in microwave. Heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through completely.

I didn't enjoy them like I thought I would. They were too cheddar for my taste. Maybe it was too much Parmesan cheese. I probably won't order these again.
