Chicken breast, smoked sausage (no nitrates), homemade jambalaya mix, tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, organic chicken broth (reduced sodium, fat free), yellow booster.

Serving Instructions: 
Oven: Family Sized Pan - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through completely.
Oven: Single Sized Pan - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through completely.
Microwave: Family Sized Pan - From Frozen: Remove covering and place in microwave. Heat on high for 6 minutes. Stir. Heat additional 2 minute or until heated completely through.
Microwave: Family Sized Pan - From Frozen: Remove lid and place in microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat additional 1 minute or until heated completely through.
