Oatmeal Pancake Mix

So much healthier than a store bought mix! Ground oats and whole wheat flour and white flour blend beautifully in this mix. The pancakes are light and fluffy without the grainy texture. Delicious. Store in your freezer until you're ready to whip up the perfect pancake!

Ingredients: 
Ground (quick) oats, whole wheat flour, unbleached all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder (aluminum free), salt, baking soda, melted coconut oil.

Serving Instructions: 
Note: 1 cup of mix will make about 6-7 4-inch pancakes.
To make the pancakes: Whisk together 1 cup of mix, 1/2-1 cup of whole milk and one egg. The mixture may seem thin at first but the oats will soak up the milk as it stands while the griddle preheats.
To make waffles: Use 1 cup of mix, 1/2 - 1 cup whole milk and 2 eggs.
Note: Store dry mix in the freezer to preserve freshness.
