You don't have to be gluten free to love this dish! This favorite dish is made with gluten free almond flour. Almond flour is pure ground almonds and a superfood high in vitamin E and the B vitamins folate and niacin. Includes gluten free pasta and marinara sauce.
Oven: Family Sized Pans - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place baking dish on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until chicken is heated through completely.
To cook gluten free spaghetti: Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta to water and return to a boil. Cook uncovered 7 minutes. Drain and rinse. To heat marinara: Microwave 2-3 minutes or warm in a saucepan. Serve marinara over spaghetti and chicken if desired.
Oven: Single Serving Pans - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place baking dish on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is heated through completely.
Microwaving not recommended.

The dish itself was flavorful, but I didn't like the fact I couldn't microwave it. That made the single servings not as convenient. If I order it again I'll do the family size instead.
