Cauliflower, cream cheese (low fat), cheddar cheese (low fat), green onions, salt, pepper, bacon (no nitrates).

Serving Instructions: 
Oven: Family Sized Pan - Thaw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through completely.
Oven: Single Sized Pan - haw completely before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through completely.
Microwave: Family Sized Pan - From frozen: Remove lid and place in microwave. Heat on high for 3 1/2 minutes or until heated through completely.
Microwave: Single Sized Pan - From frozen: Remove lid and place in microwave. Heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through completely.
